Our team develops the architectural, structural, and MEP requirements, finalizes the construction scope, and prepares the project for fabrication and site work. Required approvals and permits are processed according to the project requirements.

While your building components are being fabricated and  

prepared at our off-site facility, site works proceed in parallel. Foundation construction, utility provisions, drainage, access, and other site preparations are completed, so the property is ready for installation. 

Completed components and modular assemblies are coordinated, dispatched, and transported to the project site. Materials and structural units undergo receipt verification, staging, and rigging preparation.

Primary structural framing and roofing are erected to achieve a weather-tight envelope with exterior walls, windows, and waterproofing. In parallel, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and smart systems are integrated alongside interior partitions, ceilings, flooring, cabinetry, and final architectural finishes.

The completed project undergoes comprehensive QA/QC evaluations, utility and MEP load testing, punch-list rectifications, and final detailing. Following the joint client walkthrough, the building is formally turned over to you.
